We went on an excursion via our cruise. Ferry ride was fun there and back. There are some decent spots to sit around the lagoon area, however, they said reserved… but didn’t really appear to be? One beach was blocked off due to a sand pile from construction. The actual ocean beaches were all closed apparently due to safety reasons but there was no wind that day. Perhaps riptides, but the lack of beach chairs at the ocean beach tells me they just aren’t being used which is sad because that’s where I wanted to go. I was also under the impression that adults could visit the adult area—nope, separate ticket. Couldn’t even go check it out. The lunch wasn’t great but at least it was included and the seating area was nice. Nice for families with small children but if it are seeking a day at the ocean, go somewhere else.

Seems like a wonderful deal until you get there. They offer every animal experience under the sun all for a huge cost. They don’t want you walking around because they don’t want you to see the animals. They are trying to make as much money as possible. We tried to explore the island, but half of it was closed and they didn’t let you go near the ocean. They kept you in the bay. It was quite annoying.

We did a beach day ONLY experience and had a great day. We snorkeled and saw an octopus, we did the Aqua which was so much fun and the food was good with something for everyone.

Bryant was AMAZING. Truly deserves all the praise. He made our experience entertaining and reassured us of our worries. We swam with Dilly the dolphin and had the best time. Truly could not imagine a better ending to our honeymoon cruise. Thank you Bryant, keep being amazing! The lagoon itself is clean and spacious. Truly something to do for everyone. It was not overcrowded and the weather was perfect. Even the 30 minute boat ride to the lagoon was a party. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time with Bryant and the dolphins Zoey and Coral! Bryant was so funny and great with my daughters (7 and 9 yrs). He made us laugh and made the experience extremely memorable! He obviously loves his job and cares for the dolphins. Thank you Bryant for helping us make unforgettable memories that we’ll always cherish!

What a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience! We were a group of 4 girls in our lower 20s staying at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. Everything was exactly as described on TripAdvisor. The staff was friendly and respectful, with no inappropriate behavior. They were thrilled to show us the island and did everything to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. The beautiful island was clean, pristine, and private. The aquapark was a blast, and the many shops and food trucks were well staffed and enjoyable. We did the dolphin encounter and couldn't have been happier! Loretta, a representative from this excursion, is the one who really made this trip such a success. She called us a few days in advance to confirm our booking and make sure we were clear on the details. When I couldn't send a confirmation to them due to bad service, she gave me her own cell phone number to WhatsApp on. Important: The ferry to Blue Lagoon leaves from Paradise Island, which is approximately a 20-minute drive from most resorts in Nassau. Taxi fares are very high, so Loretta told us they have a charter bus that does hotel pickup and drop-off for $12 cash round-trip! (Not sure if this wasn't advertised on the site or we just missed it.) We were very happy to hear that and booked the bus for our date. The morning of, Loretta called us and said there was a technical difficulty and the bus wasn't functioning. She apologized and took responsibility for it, offering to reimburse us for the difference we'd pay for a taxi. We paid exactly $48 for our taxi to Paradise Island, which covered each of our $12 fees. When we got back to the port in Paradise Island, Loretta was waiting for us and escorted us to a taxi she called for us. When we got back to the hotel, the driver charged us $45 for the ride. We paid him, and I called Loretta to tell her the price and inquire about the reimbursement. She was shocked. Apparently, she had paid the driver before, and he wasn't to charge us anything. Simply, we were scammed by this jerk. Loretta felt absolutely terrible and said she would track him down to get the money back. I don't hold them responsible, I really think they wouldn't have made that story up to con us. She seemed genuinely upset. But time will tell. As of now, we are still emailing, and she is looking out to see if he will show up there again (which is unlikely). Bottom line, I hold absolutely nothing against them. It was completely the taxi driver. I just wanted to share this story to show how kind and gracious the staff there is, how we are still in touch a month later, and how they are still trying to get our money back. THANK YOU, BLUE LAGOON! WE CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK!

My family and I booked the dolphin swim with Blue Lagoon in Nassau Bahamas. What an extraordinary experience! It was really exceptional. I have done several dolphin encounters with Royal Caribbean in other ports…. and this was the best! Our family of 5 had Edishea as our dolphin trainer. Edishea was full of energy, so friendly!! Edishea made the experience with Fin the dolphin so enjoyable. My kids had a blast! They petted Fin, kissed Fin, hugged Fin, danced with Fin and were glided across the water with a foot push. We also had an amazing photographer, Kae who got the most natural and beautiful pictures and video of my family doing the dolphin swim. I highly recommend this excursion for your next trip!!!! We had an incredible dolphin swim experience with Bryant as our guide! His humor and personable nature made everyone feel at ease, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Bryant’s deep knowledge about dolphins and marine life was impressive, and his passion for his job truly shone through, making the experience even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and learned something new. The photographer was a bit less engaging than expected, but Bryant’s exceptional performance made this adventure truly unforgettable. Highly recommend and ask for Bryant!!! 🐬 🌊 💙

Bryant did a great job assuring everone had a great time. This is a good way to get up close and hug a dolphin. You also get to dance and get a boogie board ride with a dolphin.
